Fresh Acres is a Canadian Organic family farm growing grains and beans the right way. We don't use any shortcuts, chemicals or unnecessary processing. We grow most of what we sell and work with trusted farms when needed (each product listing tells you where your food was grown). Ours flours are "cold-milled" in small batches with no added preservatives, bleaching agents or enrichment. Our beans and grains are handled with care from harvest to packaging.
