Paradise Island Farm is located on Gabriola Island which is a short ferry trip from downtown Nanaimo, Vancouver Island, B.C. We started our farm in 2005 with 2 alpacas and now we have 6 alpacas, 2 llamas, 30 working hens, 12 hens and one rooster in the retirement villa, 17 Nigerian dwarf goats and 4 rescue miniature horses. The goats and miniature horses are favorites with children. We encourage visitors to be hands on with our animals. You may feed and pet them.
